ok besides trimming split ends, and washing and brushing, is there any way to (quickly) grow out your hair???

Eating healthy certaintly helps. I'm sure you'll hear a lot of myths about hair growth, but besides eating a healthy balanced diet there really isn't any way to make it grow faster.

No. It sounds like you are, but make sure you maintain your hair. If you have a problem with split ends, spring a few extra bucks for the extra conditioning split ends relpair stuff. Don't expose your hair to extreem conditions either, like open car windows, or a lot of sun-- make sure you tie it back, or cover it up with a hat. Also, make sure you are eating healthy, you need vitamins and mineral, and yes fat, to have healthy hair.

GO TO SALLY'S!! they have this thing .. i dont remember if its a cream or something.. but its kinda like a shampoo.. you apply it on your hair after you shower and your hair grows 3 times faster.. some guys usually use it to grow ponytails in the back of their head.. hahaha!! its hilarious.. but it works!!

Eating Jello has helped me grow hair fast must be the collegen in it.

I am in school for cosmetology and as far as I know you can't but your hair is made of a protein called Keratin.

i use 100% boar brush and what it does is it dosent cause your hair to break as bad as other brushes. and do not dry your hair as often and eat healthy

prenatal vitamins are good for hair....

also, I would recommend deep conditioning 1 time per week for healthy hair (leave conditioner in for at least 20 minutes or sleep with it in your hair).

pull it back in a ponytail every day or put it in clips or braids every day it will grow faster.

i know it sounds stupid but eat jello. jello makes hair and finger and toe nails grow. trust me on this one!!
