I've been looking at Sony, Canon and Nikon. In addition to these 3, what other digital cameras are the best?

i had a kodak easy share, and it only lasted about a year and the gear that moved the lense out became stripped. for what i paid for the kodak, don't feel i got my money's worth out of it. I now have a aiptek pocket dv 5900, and it has many more functions that the kodak didn't have. this camera is also a voice recorder, video recorder, mp3 player and takes still image photos as well. it is a 5.1 mega pixel so the quality is really good, and i payed under $100. on amazon. with the purchace of an SD memory card you can increase your memory to be as much as 1 Gig. below are links with info on the camera and also where it can be purchaced. *note... the interior workings of this camera is made by sony. (hope this is helpful to you)

if your on a budget go with a Kodak, i used to work at Best Buy and almost never seen these returned for service. They take great pictures too. Try to go with one that has a Lithium Ion battery becasue it is rechargeable & lasts a long time.
