Religion is not for me. I am a Christian but I am not religious.
Religion is man reaching for God.
Christianity is God reaching for man.
Religion is the earthly view.
Christianity is the heavenly view.
Religion is good views.
Christianity is Good News.
Religion is what sinful man tried to do to a holy God.
Christianity is what a holy God seeks to do for sinful man.
There's all the difference in the world between Christianity and religion.
Religion will make a person miserable whatever age they may be.
Christianity gives a person new life.

Religion is dangerous, the way men have used it in history.
it was not supposed to be so.
it should grant you basic morals, and allow you to develop as individual. most people don't get the basics, and stop evolving completely, creating a frightening dependence on the absolute interpretation of the words.
The perfect religion would serve each indivudual in its pursue of enrichement, instead of fighting to keep individuals as subservients to the religion itself.
It ought to exist to dissapear when the individual has a path.
but it creates a circle, which became a square. and most people don't even leave the starting mark.

Religion isnt words its action. Do we preach and yell look at me, how pious I am,or do I seek humbly to say look at God look what he has done. Then help the poor, the widowed, and the orphans of the world. There seem to be alot of relgions that are about ritual, looking good on sunday, and telling people to hate there neighbors. Thats OK . My business is what I do not what others do. Its about action.
So what any one else thinks of religion is not what we should be focused on. We should focus on what we do, to make this world a better place. what Action do I take. How good is my relgion. How good is your no matter what you call your God, The bottom line is what do you do in his or her name.

Religion is the ultimate con, it is government protected, tax free and the product they sell doesn't have to be delivered until you reach a place that doesn't exist. No wonder so many people jump on this manured money wagon.

The word says to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. And to study to show thyself approved rightly dividing the word of God. I dont think much of "religion" although I do belong to a particular one. But 'religion' is nothing unless God is first and formost in your life. It's your heart and your one on one relationship with God. Nothing more. Nothing less. Religion does not save you. Going to church does not save you, no more than going to a garage makes you a car. But your heart condition is what matters. You cannot fool God. You cannot act like something your not to God.

I'm an atheist, true its not a religion but its still a belief. I don't believe in god because i see no evidence of his existance now or in the past. I don't feel the need to believe in something that does not exist just to justify my own existance.

I despise religon in all its forms. Studies have shown that religion does nothing for the overall wellfare of the community, with several small exceptions. i'm just irritated by the Puritannical christian Reich that we have here in America. Ok, done with my rant now...

I think God hates religion men twist his message and add rules he never gave. Jesus came to do away with the Jewish traditions that were becoming imposible for the people but then the church started to add their own worship God in spirit and truth look to him only as your guide

i think religion is the art in which you can trully believe in god without seeing him.
Its like a standard procedure to know he exists.
eg. How would you make a child learn about life.
answer: you create a school and a standard procedure of grades.
