my stomach is sort of fat and my legs are chubby. I cant wear shorts or nice clothes like the rest of my friends. i need help on getting rid of the fat. any tips?

Walking, stretching and light (LIGHT) weight lifting will burn calories, increase your general health and tone you up. Heavy weight lifting builds muscle mass which sounds like the opposite of what you're looking to do. Few people realize (I think) that stretching is a good way to increase strength along with flexibility.

Eliminate soft drinks and be sure to eat a balanced diet of fruit, veg, fish, meats, dairy. Eat in moderation and drink a lot of water, its good for you and helps curb appetite naturally.

Don't worry..
just walk for at least an hour a day and reduce the amount of food you eat without skipping meals..
I'm sure you will become fit in 2 and 1/2 years..
it is easy and healthy

Drink allot of water stay away from sodas sweets etc. Do some walking and aerobics that helps.

Start walking. It's great exercise and will tone those legs up in no time.

If you are overweight, go on a reduced calorie diet and do some moderate exercise.

you probably need to eat lyk only bannanas for a month or two that will probably help
