Just eat a good healthy diet, and avoid the "gym in a bottle" pills. Nothing beats the natural foods that our bodies evolved to eat over millions of years.

Depends what kinda supplements u r using.. Protein shakes r fine except they don't taste that good.. But besides that if u're using direct steroids I wouldn't suggest it and u know the effects if u've common sense.. hair loss, more masculine features if u're a female and a larger breast size for males, acne etc etc.. If u're thinking of using creatine which is possibly the best legal supplement as they claim I'd still say stick to protein shakes.. For one creatine can cause diarrhea if used in excess or even if some people react to it.. Another thing is creatine doesn't actually help u gain real muscle it puts a huge amount of water into ur body and a chemical called creatinine r somethin like that.. Creatine can be toxic to some based on how u react and persoanlly I'd stay away from it.. The cycles of creatine r not the best..

Creatine is one of the few that actually work and has been tested over and over to be safe. 90% of the other supplements are a complete waste money. Safe or not.

Not sure which ones you are referring to... Protein pills or "diet" energy pills? Hydroxycut and similar products are concentrated caffeine which may be unhealthy for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, history of drug use, and on and on
