Okay, I went and read the book today about south beach. there are just a few things i have questions about. Any answers would be greatly appretiated! SO, basically what I am to eat is as much protien and veggies as i wish.. just as long as they are on the acceptable food list? Is salsa permitted? Butter? Onions? I don't keep track of any carbs or anything else??
