You see, they can have any rules that they want because it is their game. Strict or not they can do anything that they want to do. Options are if you really, really don't like it you can find another way to pass time, sorry that I couldn't agree with you but those are the facts, maybe the way life is going to be.

Not really. People flagrantly violate the rules all the time. As for points, I think it's a good way to try to get people to answer questions seriously. Good, but not good enough usually.

I don't like how easily it is to Report someone for something. If you don't like a question you can simply report it. And the choices for reporting are vague and far-reaching. I don't like it at all. I hope I don't get reported or have my points taken away for this answer.
