If your looking for something low cost, easy to use, and moderate quality try Windows Movie Maker. Its probably on your computer if your lucky. For higher end editing software I recommend eighter Sony Vegas Video or Apples Final Cut Pro, however they are a very expensive. Dazzle also offers some decent low end programs that they bundle with their Analog to Digital converters that im sure you can buy seperate I believe one was called Moviestar? But Im not certain on that title its been awhile since i've used it, but it had some nice features you cant find on windows movie maker.

If cost is a concern, MovieMaker, is free. It is either on your computer (windows) or (like one of mine) is on a disk wich came with the computer. After that there are a host of programs depending on your level of comfort with technology.
