Could possibly be your power supply going bad, but you might want to check first to see if this is an LSASS issue. PCs without the LSASS vulnerability update are prone to buffer overflows that can cause the machine to reboot repeatedly.

You can read more about the patch and find links ot download it at the link below.

what did u do like change the motherboard r something?? cuz that'd happen if u changed the motherboard on an OEM harddrive and parts.. Thats the only explanation I can give u.. If u did change the harddrive then this would happen because windows on ur harddrive thinks u r trying to cheat it when u change the motherboard and u can't fix it with the recovery CD u got from the manufacturer.. U have to use ur Windows CD and then do a repair install r a reinstall.. This just happened to me cuz i put together a whole new comp n I'm using the old harddrive from a HP comp.. If u don't have a windows CD then the best idea would be just borrow one from someone and the serial number that is on the case, use that as the serial number when it asks and do a repair install..

Try loading the computer is Safe mode.

I think you have to press like F5 or something when the short screen comes up as the computer starts.

Bad power supply. Replace it. Try taking your memory out, cleaning off the contacts using an eraser, and putting it back in.
