I think the figure is very high but some are for sure..not all ...women are more financially insecure than men, single or dating, they worry about being poor..more than men....but yes definitely some are gold diggers...just got to be smart..not cynical

No way, yes there a lot of gold diggers and there are also a lot of men who are players but I don't believe that you can categorize people like that. If you take the time to find quality people you will see that is not so! Look also at the men that leave there wife's for the sweet young bimbo's, do they honestly think that she is hot for him because he is 20-40 years older?
I think that there are a lot of materialistic and self centered people out there with many names such as gold diggers, players, fools and the list go's on an on. There are also some quality people, I guess what I am saying is if the menu is 99.2166% bad in a restaurant it's time to go to a nice place!

"Gold diggers" might be a little strong, but with a larger bank account you'll be able to get a better looking gal. Money is an equalizer with women. Earn less then 30k a yr and you'll probably get a gal in the 1-3 range, 30-45k and you'll get one in the 3-6, 45-100k and might be able to go as high as a 8, 150k and you can get most any, but you'll have to pull down at least 250k to be able to land an "LA" or west-coast 10.

If you really believe that figure than you haven't dated enough women my friend. Or you're flaunting your car, clothes, jewelry, etc. and are ATTRACTING the wrong women.

I never date gold diggers because I'm quick to screen and sort them out. That's a ridiculous figure. What's it based on anyway?

I don't believe thats true. I think people (men AND women) don't want to partner up with a dead beat lazy *** who doesn't work and has no money. I mean, this sounds shallow but money matters. You can't go vacation, you can't go out, celebrations, gifts- a broke *** is no fun. And worse is what someone who never made anything of themsleves say about their personality- they never got a good job and don't have money because they're lazy? Because they don't care? Because they're used to being taken care of by either their parents or their girlfriends? Because they like living in a dinky dirty apartment and eating fast food and playing video games instead of going out to nice places?
I work. I don't expect any guy to take care of me and I would never date a guy for his money. I plan on working after I get married. BUT I would never date a broke *** either. He needs to be stable, secure in his own finances. I don't want to have a future with someone who's over his head in debt and I'll have to take care. I think it goes both ways now a days. Alot of men I talk to aren't interested in marrying a woman set on being a housewife (except a few very traditional ones)...
