hey you are not fat first of all but just cut out junk food you said you already play sports I'm lost some weight but need to loose more but good luck to you and no 6 pack it only looks good on boys and 5 or 9 lb. thats all you can afford to loose you are ready small

I'm 14 too. I used to be around your weight and I was 5 ft 1. But first I slimmed down with cardio, yoga, and pilates. Now I'm doing the Abs Diet. On my fourth week, I lost 1 inch around my waist!! I got a little bit six abs now and my waistline is 23!!!

your only 13, you souldn't be worrying about your weight or the way yo look.I dont no how much 129 is but to me it dont sound like alot!, Anyway 6 packs dont look that good on girls. Only on boys so take my advice and stay the way you are (Y)..x
