The mind is a terribly wasted thing.As they say on T.V. and it is because the mind gets influenced by the blind guides of this plane of existence.And after following the blind guides and falling into the same ditch as they did time after time,After awhile you start wondering if they really know anything at all or if they are just mindless bodies with recorded messages of deceit.Then after you realize they don't know much more than most 5 yr.olds you start a pursuit of intelligence if your smart.So then you wind up in the spirit realm where truth and wisdom are found and you do not want to go back to the stupidity you managed to escape from.That is just my personal experience anyway.Take Care and May God Bless You.

We must be practicing for the future.
I practice so that I can experience this world and the next world fully. You might want to try it some day. After you do and get really good at it, you may not even enjoy this world anymore. You may even be reminded that God is in everything and everywhere and that we are all heading to the same existence of pure peace and joy. I visited there once when I had a stroke and it is just like here except not tedious and difficult. Everything feels perfect and there were no regrets for anything that I did or did not do in the past. Now I can just close my eyes and be there instantly and time just disappears. Mind is only a joke anyway. I put so much effort and exercise into my mind all these years for nothing but a bunch of ridicule and chatter - but it was fun to stretch it a bit. Once you learn how to quiet all that, life -and almost death, if not death - become very simple. No more fears, no more need to impress, no more need to push - just being peaceful and relaxed. Do not be afraid when you feel all alone. We are still here just not in a form you are understanding right now.
Besides, you asked your question on a holiday weekend and everyone is probably out enjoying a picnic or golf or whatever makes them happy. Have a great time.

What is this "Spirit Realm" you are talking about? Do you mean we are all attending seances, or what? The only spirit realm I know of is the local bottle store.
