no, for a reason
the devil was an archangel in the begining and HE CHOSE to commit the sin without a need to because he was and is still a spirit that is not under the need of anything like human beings, he said why don't i put my throne above God's and the punishment was for him to fall from heaven with his angels and so because god's judegment has to be right he was given this period of time 'the universe's lifetime' to do what he wants BUT STILL under god's authority. so he can't harm ANYONE without the WELL of god.
that's why:
he has no chance to repent not like us humans-that is- weak and in need we AWLWAYS have a chance as far as we are still alive

God still loves Lucifer. I guess since God still loves him we should at least have at least a bit of sympathy for him, but of course we all know what will happen to him at the end.

I am Satanist - but I dont worship Satan - I dont even believe he exists, for me hes just a metaphor. So it depends from which angle u view him, tho. Perspective is Everything.
