lol, my mother's a preschool teacher, and one of the parents confided in her that he could not wait for Mondays now because he got to drop off his kids at school. Usually, people look forward to Friday, but his favorite day is Monday. So don't worry... you're not alone.

I always feel sad at the end of the summer holidays. Not just because I have to go back to work, but also because my children are another year older, if you know what I mean. However, I'm quite looking forward to getting my routine back and so are the kids. I've been a bit bored now they don't need me as much.

I work in a major superstore, and I can't wait the kids have been running round and shouting it's like working in the monkey House at the zoo.

This does not affect me but I know many grandparents who will be most thankful. It is tough especially as the holidays are so long and life is so dangerous where children are concerned..You can be very sure that you are not alone.Enjoy that first day and relax just for a few hours. Don't start doing work you;ve left undone. It can wait another day

Yes, I think you are alone as I go back to school to teach them and I will get no end of " what the hell do I need to know that for?" or " I'm never going to need this when I leave school!" or " Miss, he hit me again!"
Please keep them at home I beg you?
