ask him about it. be like" why did you say that you want to make out with me if you dont really mean it?" if he says that he doees mean it then ask him out. if he says because its fun saying that stuff then he doesnt really mean it.

Was he/his freinds laughing? Is he grinning when your talking about it? Is he being overly dramatic?
Then he's joking or just not serious. If he seems loving and caring then he is serious.
If he has been not do nice to you before then he may be joking, also.
If you are fairly young then please dont make out just yet. A simple kiss would be allright. Remember not to rush into things and be carefull of his intetions. If he is infact, joking or not serious- he could possible humiate you, stand you up, tell his freinds or your peers. And if he does tell his freinds or your peers anything then he could make up a lie, exagerate, or tell them about how well you kiss, and other details or things you might not want your fellow class mates to hear about.
The dession is entirally up to you. But please think this over before you something you could regret later.

Stop selling yourself cheap, just because some one wants to makeout with you, you are going to do it. Don't you have any respect for yourself, that is the most precious thing you have, think about this, concentrate on getting good grades.

How old are you?
If you are mature enough to date and don't have a boyfriend yet,
just give him a little kiss and then you'll discover if he is serious.
If it works out please promis me to let me know the good news. I'll be on your wedding party if you invite me. [this should be after you both earn your degree at the minimum, I suggest.

sounds like its true... if hes a complete jerk that would mess around with you though.... then be cautious, you dont want to get your heart broken hun... but it sounds like hes serious... just think about how his face was after it... just dont waste your time if this kids a jerk hun, becuase it may have been fake then
