about 200 pounds 6 feet five inches tall. not super ripped but well defined. got to keep my body fat at a certain percentage. too low is bad on your nerves. I lift 3 times a week. dont personally do much leg work as am i am skinny to say. but a lot of heavy lifting to start out my work outs and finish off with high rep lighter weights about 60 percent of my max. i run about 5 times a week. three times a week a do a 3 mile run at about a 19 minute pace. and two times a week i do a four mile run with huge hill thats about about a mile and one half across. run that both ways then home. also after each workout I do some quick exercise like push-ups and situps and i do five 3 minute rounds on my heavy bag.
long winded but it works great for me and i get compliments all the time.

I can lift up 250 pounds and I am only 12, plus I am a girl. All you have to do is lift weights and work out for a couple of hours each day and eat healthy no junk food.

I'm not incredibly strong but I am pretty muscular. I'm 6ft 190lbs. I work out 5 days a week, eat a lot and take protein and creatine. I never max out on weights so I'm not sure of my exact strength?
