Try Weight Watchers In 4 weeks I have dropped half a stone and I feel great.
It is free to join at the moment.
My grandma joined 6 years ago she got to her goal and then put some weight on we decided to go it alone following the Weight Watcher rules and we lost nothing. You think doing it at home and weighing each other will work but we failed so she re joined and i have joined and at first I had no luck but I have stuck to it and it is worth it. its £5 a week after joining for your weigh in and a motivational meeting and I am so happy I did it I don't miss that £5 as it would have only gone on something from a vending machine at work or on sweets for the kids.

The are 2 plans now. the Full Choice where food is pointed depending on the calories and saturated fat

and Full Choice where you eat until you are comfortably full. However only certain types of food can be eaten on this plan but you have 21 points for the week for treats.

It has changed my way of like I feel happier have more energy and that's great.

I really recommend you give it a try, I know there is a fear of going alone but it is fine as everybody is in the same boat and are there to help you.

Actually, I think that the WORST diets are the ones where you go hungry. They don't work, and theyre risky to your health. Also, I heard that, when you get hungry, the body first tries to consume muscles, not the fat. So, not good to go hungry.

I don't know what you define by a 'quik fix', but if you really want to loose weight and be healthy, it won't be fast.

You have to take a healthy diet, with a little bit of everything. Have a good breakfast, something at mid morning (maybe an apple, or another fruit), have your regular meal, but cut on desserts, have another thing mid afternoon (maybe fruit, baby carrots, something like that), and dinner.

Take away any sodas (diet coke, or whatever soda's doesn't really work, not good), try to drink a lot of water.

Do some excercise, but find something that you like and want to do again, there's no 'you must do this' here.

Don't go pretty strict on a diet, allow yourself to have some treats, but be wary. It's okay to have a piece of cake at your friends party, but don't do it everyday.

If i was you i would try weight watchers, ok you pay every week to get weighed but i think it is the best 'diet' to go on. You can still eat what you want and always have but just keep count of your points. I have been a member now for 2 weeks and already lost 5 and a half pounds, Good Luck x

I did the south beach diet - it was brilliant, just buy the book. If you need support from fellow south beach diet enthusiasts, advice etc. and a more extensive recipe selection than get a subscription online (southbeachdiet.co. It is based on Good Carbs and Good Fats (ie. not No Carbs and not Any Fats). Their recipes are delicious and a lot of them are simple and straightforward.

Drink more water throughout the day

Water is used in every physiological process your body undergoes, including vitamin absorption, digestion, and waste removal. In order to make sure these important processes are not disrupted, you want to drink enough clean water.

Drinking water will also help you feel more full throughout the day, so you're less likely to be hungry and less likely to snack.

One trick to help you eat less during your meals is to drink a tall glass of clean, cold water before you eat. This will help you feel less hungry, so you'll eat less during your meal.

Try to drink at least a gallon of water each day. Keep a bottle of water at your work desk, in your car, and one handy at home. The importance of water for good health cannot be overstated. You can live weeks without food, but only days without water.

Eat five to six smaller meals each day

This will keep your metabolism running smoothly and efficiently. Eating a smaller meal every 3 to 4 hours will help speed up your metabolism so that it burns through food quicker.

Eating one or two larger meals each day will .....

Try the 'Shatkins' diet.
3 days of home made curries, and a 'buy 1, get 1 free' 18 tin promotion of Guiness should work.
I shat for 3 days after and lost nearly a stone.

;o)

Its easy. Try to first limit how many fatty foods you eat. When you see something you really want to eat but has no health value, just tel l yourself that you don't need this. If you lack enough motivation, get a stress ball, or a pom pom, something cute and put it on your table. It'll watch you as you eat, and it'll be like your conscience. When you want to eat something unhealthy, remember the stress ball! It helps to have someone else, also, to root for you. So ask your friends to help, when you're in public or wherever, to help motivate you to eat less.

eat a bowl of any specail k cerial and a serving of light yogurt for breakfast every day. eat an early lunch (like 10:30- 11:30) of a myoplex light protein shake made with a bannana or a protein bar with 8oz of water. you can have a snack of something like frozen yogurt (something low in fat and under 200 calories) around 3:00pm. eat a dinner under 350 calories and low in fat. right before bed eat a small apple. this worked for me, good luck!

aint no quick fix for no one. it doesn't have to be expensive, but anything that's quick will wreck your body and the weight you lose from a quick fix(ha ha) will come back with vengeance.
drinking lots of water(good water) is definitely a must.
