Hey it seems as if u have copied one of my ques!!!
Well let me tell u that this fear lies in the minds of not only the guys but also the girls. Revealing ur feelings is a hard thing to do. Fear of a heartbreak u see!!
U know what... try being around her. Look at her, passing glances only. If u find her lukin back at u make the next move (remember a girl in love wud try to hide her feelings n luk away the moment u turn to her).
Once u get a little confident try to open a conversation on common topics- studies, her job or feild of interest. Don't be hasty... observe if she gives u similar response. Gradually try finding out what kidda guy she likes or who she likes n when all said and done, open ur heart to her........
It seems a long n tedious job but allz fair in love (if u truely love her)

If this girl is not your girlfriend don't, under any circumstances, tell her that you love her. You'll only send her running for the hills. Instead, ask her out and just let her know that you're interested. You haven't even gotten a kiss yet and you're going to tell her that you love her? Think about it. You are confusing love with lust, they are two different feelings. Maybe you do feel butterflies in your stomach when you see her but that isn't what love is all about. It seems like you're afraid of making a fool out of yourself so don't do something foolish and tell her you love her. Like I was saying earlier, take it slow and just ask her if she'll go out with you one night. Women usually do not develop the same feelings guys do. Guys become very interested much sooner than women do. Most women are like volume knobs, while men are like light switches.
