Depending on the stylist, sometimes the only difference is cost....lol

A hair cut- when the stylist or barber trims ure hair or cuts it it to a shape that will be used for a style

A hair style- the way u get ure hair done, ponytails, mop-top, bob, braids, curls, etc.

a hair cut is when they actually cut your hair hair style is when they style it with a brush or curling iron or whatever

A haircut is where you cut your hair, but a hairstyle doesn't need a cut, just curling, or straightening, updoes, etc.

hair cut is when u literally cut your hair..u know u take the scissors and snip snap-your ahir is cut...and ahri style is when u do things with your ahir..like..make it wavy...putting it in a braide...putting it half up...thats the difference
