Just wondered if anyone else has heard that and if it works. I was told that since I was "A" blood type that low impact, less strenuous exercise works better for me because of how my body deals with stress. I was told to try things like walking and yoga, that my results would be better.

Yes, I've heard of it. The sad truth is that confining diet and exercise for certain blood types has absolutely no provable science to back it up.

Exercise is exercise. Walking and yoga are perfectly sound forms of exercise.

What harm can it do to try them?
