Well, "God" is the deity that Christians worship, alright?

There are many monotheistic religions: they don't call the deity they worship the same as Christians do.

There also are many polytheistic religions: they worship several deities.

Asking questions about "God" = focusing on Christianity.

Asking questions about "deity/deities" = focusing on every religions.

I really think that Non-Believers & Believers shouldn't feel ashamed to ask questions about "deities", "power beyond" - whatever it is called.

No one should ever be made to feel ashamed for asking a legitimate question, some of the questions asked on here though aren't really question but a put down to various people, albeit of religion denomination or not. Some or just down right vile and vulgar.

The only way to learn is to ask, or research it yourself.

Good question about God, indirectly.
God is good, so it follows that any earnest inquisition about Him is harmless at worst.
However, there are disrespectful questions about God, in which case, the person asking almost always doesn't feel shame about asking such a question anyway.
So really, if one asks a question about God that even has the possibility of shaming them, they probably won't be ashamed of asking it in the 1st place.
Anyone who really wants to learn about God like yourself has no reason to feel shame for asking anything about God.

It depends on who is asking the question and what there motives are behind the question such as whether the question is meant to mock or for wisdom. Those who are sincerely questioning for knowledge should not be made to feel ashamed but those who ask in mockery and ignorance should be shunned.

Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear.

Never be ashamed of God. He said if you are ashame of me, then I will be ashame of you. Go out and tell others about Jesus, and how to be saved.

No. When we ask, we learn. If you don't ask and expand your knowledge of God and how other people worship Him, or don't worship Him, than you live your life in a narrow minded box.

No, but there are always people who think any question about god is questioning god, and somehow blasphemous. Odd that they would be here, where questions and answers are the whole point....

....but they're here just the same....

Not if it is a legitimate question, but this is probably not a good place to ask. A pastor would be a better choice.
