Which bacteria gets away?

Spray disinfectant,wipes, or other chemical household product proclaims that they kill 99.99% bacteria.My question is, which bug gets away?I mean the 00.01%,can anybody name that stupid little bug that always gets away?

there is no name for it, it just floats to a different spot
