I have had psoriasis for over 23 years and with all the creams, ointments, light treatments, shots and pills, I finally found something that works for me...
My dermatologist set me up with a prescription medication to Enbrel...
It is a liquid shot that you give yourself 2 times a week...
It is very expensive, but if you have medical insurance coverage, it is reasonable in price with the co-pay...
I have been on this medication for the last year and my psoriasis has almost disappeared...
I never used to wear shorts, but am now able to be seen in public with clear skin...
I had scabs all over my legs, my arms and my scalp...
I have since gotten rid of it and I do not itch and my skin is no longer red or scaly...
I look very good now with clear skin...
It is not too difficult to get used to giving yourself shots either...
I bought the smaller needles and inject the meds into either my leg or my stomach...
As one who hates needles and has had a fear of them all my life, I thought I would never be able to handle this treatment, but I have learned it is not too difficult after all and I look so much better than I ever did before...
I would recommend you trying this medication from your dermatologist...

i have a psoriasis problem too.
you can't really get rid of it with natural things, go see your dermatologist for help.
for dandruff use head & shoulders dandruff shampoo. it really works and it smells amazing.

You don't get rid of it... you control it.
You can take extra Zinc and vitamin c and go to your dermatologist and try to keep away from the steriod type creams and ointments if you can? They thin your skin over time.
You can also get Kenalog shots that help comtrol it.

you have to accept and live with them...
better yet avoid stress, this will minimize the lesions from appearing and the dandruff to be multiplying....
also, watch you diet....
all in all...its the stress that you should control...
how about trying some chinese accupunture to regain the balance of you body caused by stress?

head and shoulders works well.
