next time you see her, make eye contact and say ,''hey hows it going'' or some varation of that......dont expect long drawn out conversation , but now you have broken the ice .....take note of how she responded . Did she have a smile when she responded?? did she blow you off ?? whatever the case ,if she was real reseptive then say hello again next time ,and maybe toss in a wrent you in my class last year?? and see where it goes ,........Good luck

walk up to her during lunch or after school, or while she's at her locker.
just say "hi, I remember you from last year...I'm so in so...I've always wanted to just say hello and ask you if you'd like to go out sometime, to a movie or whatever". "I guess I was just too shy before but what do ya say"?
the worse thing that can happen is she says no. big deal. move on to the next girl. you'll never know unless you try.

Approach her , say Hi.
And bring up that you don't seem to be in any of the same classes this year, see if she says she's noticed also. At least you'll know if she knows you exist. If she says she's noticed too, tell her the two of you can still hang out or have lunch some time ?

If you see her at lunch say "hi" and ask if you can sit with her. Talk about your classes, sports, anything to get the conversation going.

Dude, just go up to her and introduce yourself and ask her if she would like to go out sometimes. What's the worst that could happen, she'll say no! No big deal.
