No "diet" will work unless you think of it as a life time change for the better. I was 181 and wearing a size 18. I am now in a 10-8 and in the 150-145 range and happy with myself. I have the confidence in myself. I also lost all that in a year and have maintained it for 2. I did Weight Watchers. 13 is not bad at all. Who really cares what society thinks...the only one that can make me happy is me. Its about how you view yourself when you look in the mirror. Stand proud and smile.

I was in a size 13 after i had my daughter. I started the cabbage soup diet. Its hard to stick with, and takes alot of willpower, but i remembered how much i loved veggies after i started it. The soup it self is high in sodium, and not very good to do for long. I have to admit i did it for a couple months and dropped lbs fast. I didnt gain the weight back, but others that did it with me did, right when they stopped the diet. After awhile i couldnt even tolorate the smell of the soup, and i started to just count calories, and keep a balanced diet, along with excersize. I wouldnt have been able to start eating good from eating so crummy on my own. The cabbage soup diet was a great into to it cause of all the fruits and veggies. But not recommended for long term use. A good diet, and excersize it always best.

I used to try all different diet method, went through some diet program. It was just temporary. I gained weight back, and made me unhealthy.
I can’t express in word how I had been through with diet problem.
I thought I was going to just give up, but I tried a diet product called, Metablock (nyaloe.com), and exercised.
It made me feel so light, and supported my liver and stomach function.
After my body turned out to be much healthier, then the weight stared decreasing.
I recommend this product so much to my friends and also to those who suffer from diet.

no magic or fad diet is going to work. trust me. just eat a very healthy balance of proteins, carbs and fat. try to keep your metabolism boosted by eating 5 or 6 small meals a day. fasting will only send a signal to your brain that your body is starving itself and it will HINDER your weight loss, not help it. if you can, get some excersise at least 3 times a week, cardio and weight training. with persistance and dedication, you will start to see the results you want in a few months.

I believe Weight Watchers is the best program out there, in that they teach you how to have a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. Fasting is not good, it causes your body to eat the muscle in order to survive. A size 13 is not bad, it depends on how tall you are, how you look in them, and how you accept yourself. There are lots of people out there who would love to be a size 13.
