I cheat! If you already have ice cream, milk and chocolate or strawbery syrup, that's all I use. Get out your blender, fill it up with your favorite ice cream, about 3/4's worth, add the milk until it comes to about on inch to the top, maybe less, and add your syrup. Blend it til you like the consistency! There! You have an awsome, thick milk shake!...enjoy! :)

Ok here you go:-
How To Make A Milkshake!!
First of all, you have to buy your ice cream at your local shopping store. It doesn't matter what flavour because they all work. Before you scoop out your ice cream, you have to make sure you have a blender. If you dont have a blender, you won't be able to make a milkshake very well.
Set up your blender and use your ice cream scooper to scoop out three big scoops of ice cream and put them in the blender. After you put in your ice cream, get out a measuring cup and milk. Measure about half a cup of milk and put it in the blender with the ice cream. Turn the blender on and blend for about fifteen seconds. When you are finished blending, pour your milkshake into a cup and then drink.
After you are done following my instructions you will have a delicious milkshake. You can flavour you milkshake with different kinds of ice cream or by adding fruit either whole or blended in the blender.

3 scoops of any flavor ice cream ( cookies and cream is really good)
about a cup of milk
ice cubes ( they make it thicker)
Blend. Taste and add more of any igredients if you think it needs it. More ice cream = thicker
more milk = thinner
