ITs the law they give you 30 days notice. UNless you broke the lease or agreement. They cannot put you out before 30 days notice. IF they have you were illegally evicted from your room/apt/home. They cannot keep any of your property tha is illegal. YOu should seek legal advice.

I am normally evicted on the first day. But occasionally I last 2 or 3 days. I hardly ever have time to bring my stuff in, but what I do they generally throw out at me after forcibly evicting me from the house. It's not me, really, it is the friends I hang out with. They are REALLY loud and obnoxious...

you have only about 3 days after they serve you papers, they can lock you out and keep all your stuff, so pay up or move out soon, you can get a lawyer and try to get a court date, it will cost you about 150.00, but if you are late on payments you will still have to leave, but that may give you an extra 30 days waiting for the court date,,,but if you got money for a lawyer, why not just pay the landlord for a partial month, or until you can move your stuff. best advise, pay your rent,

By law they must give you 30 days notice. I believe once they do that they change the locks. I'm not sure about the details of your belongings, but i think they have to allow you to get them, possibly with police supervision.

the usual lease agreement is 30 days, but all lease agreements are different, so i would look over the agreement you signed on to.
