i decided not go and just eat the things from home plus i havent had any burger king or McD or any of those fast food restaurants in awhile since im trying to avoid it

Try Wendy's with their new kids meals. They have ham or turkey sandwiches which is much better for you than a greasy fried, microwaved hamburger from McDonalds.

Once in a while isn't all that bad, but I wouldn't make a habit of eating fast food of any kind.
