If Satan had impregnated the Virgin before God got there, would the Almighty have killed the unborn demon seed, or would he have had the Antichrist killed after birth; if so, would this have made the Antichrist our savior, unwittingly damning all the populations of Earth?

Or perhaps it would have led to a reconciliation between both Domains? Thoughts?

There is no "both domains" there is only God's domain. Even Satan serves the lord in his way. You have watched too many movies. Satan was a fallen angel, not on a par with the creator. Abortions were not even heard of then , so the answer would have to be NO.

Well I don't think that he would have killed him but I do think that he would have had him born and then had Jesus born. I think that he would have let him live and see how things turn out with him. But in the mean time he would have made Jesus and still went on with him.

Sorry but your question is irrelevant. God would never have had that happen. Satan was so weak and insignificant to God that's why he allowed him to be in Eden in the first place. It was to test Adam and Eve not to torture them.

Lucifer was actually not a bad guy. His name means "the bearer of light". Lux/Lucis: the light; ferre: to hold, to bear
So maybe we would have got even more enlightened.

God may be forgiving but he's not stupid. He would have destroyed it like Sodom and Gommorah, like the flood that Noah built the Ark for, etc. etc.

Because Mary was conceived without sin and full of God's grace, it was impossible for sin (or satan) to touch her life.
