Oh, one or two are too few, lol. We all have more "major flaws" than one! :-)
It just depends if you can tolerate them or not. Some people might see those as major, others just as annoying, others as cute, lol :-)

If we did not have a coule of flaws women would have nothing to do
but then I never met the perfect woman
makes for an interesting world
have yet to meet a woman than likes me the just the way I am
they alwys want to fine tune something
I don't spend too much time on them
don't expect perfection
just to be teated well
and no winneys or too much talk
top of list for most guys

everyone has flaws, i don't care who you are. the question at hand is will they work on there flaws. you can't expect someone to change everything about themselves while you stay the same. that's very manipulative. as long as you both work together at something, ANYTHING is possible, but it takes both of you..

of course- all humans are flawed...but since you said major flaw, well i don't know ur definition of major, but it is very likely most do.

No and that's like guys saying that all girls are crazy. Nobody is perfect, anyone who claims to be is probably not honest with themselves.
