I have found that when on my own, and feeling a bit down, laughing about it gets out of hand and turns into a crazy mixture of an ugly-cry and hysterical cackles.... When I am with people and I start laughing when things are bad, I get frowns and head-shaking... especially if it is a REALLY bad situation... and I am the only one laughing about it... There is a time and a place for laughter. Some people just
dont know how to decide. If they dont know what you are laughing at, then they will just think you have lost your mind
or intentionally being annoying. I think that genuine laughter is
beneficial to you and helps to create a positive attitude, but dont
