Much older like 40's, how can I find them and let them know I want to date them...

it's kind of different so they probably won't take you seriously until they know you better.
you'll have to act mature so they won't think of you as a daughter, but it isn't that uncommon in other cultures.
they are usually more stable financially, have better manners and appreciate life more than the 20 something crowd. but be careful, there are some real sneaky people out there, those who would do terrible things and not think twice....especially if they think they have it over on you due to their experience.
just be patient and take it slow....
try the golf course, a good gym or get a job at a nice restaurant. that may work.

I personally think on-line meeting is a waste of time, since you do like older men you may be better be better off meeting them in person like striking up a conversation or being a little bit forward in a nice way because a older man would be afraid to approach a younger woman, You are welcome to e-mail me for some respectful tips good luck

Hmmm now there's an interesting question. Do you like us older men because we are more established in out lives? Not so flighty as some of us were in out late teens and early 20's. Do you have a "daddy complex"? Is it because of our sexual experience and our patience to make sure our woman are pleased before we are? Are you looking to be "taken care of" money wise? Tell us why you want an older man and perhaps one of us men on the edge of old farthood can answer better.
