Nature's Own makes a bread with double fiber that has no trans fat. One serving (one slice) has 5 grams of fiber, 1 gr of fat, and 40 calories. On the weight watchers diet, it is a good way to fill up with few pts (two slices of toast and fat free jelly is like 1 pt). I like the taste too, and my kids don't really even notice how good it is for them!
