If you're not adding butter to the toast or eggs, and if you feel satisfied after eating, there seems to be nothing wrong with your breakfast.

I would suggest, however, adding a multivitamin appropriate for your age and activity level.

Egg white omelette with veggies like red & green peppers, onions, tomatoes and some fat-free cheese. Add some salsa on the side and it's very healthy.

This morning I had french toast made with two slices of Weight Watchers whole wheat bread dipped in 2 egg whites mixed with some skim milk. Fry it on a non-stick pan without fat and spread some sugar-free jam on it. Yummy! That and half a grapefruit, water and a cup of tea!
