I have a Sky digibox and remote. I can obtain a minidish. I can get a freesat viewing card. But will I be able to set it up.

Any recommendations?

Its really a piece of cake , if you be patient. Your best bet if you know almost nothing about the Sky set up is to go to:
http://www.satelliteforcaravans.co.uk/

and look for section three on the front page. Its obviously aimed at the caravan/motorhome reader but I personally think its the best site for all info. on Sky subjects and FAQ's.

Your hardest part will be aligning the dish, and good luck to you too!!! With all that trouble though, you'll still only get the free channels so don't think you're going to be sitting there all day watching Sky sports programmes willy nilly! For what it costs you might as well subscribe properly - dish & phone line connected, and that way they automatically update your box through the phone line.

Yes, but it's a lot of bother just to get extra advertising programmes. Find out first if you think it will be really worth it!

yes you can , we have done it and pay nothing now for sky! go for it , it will take a while to get a signal but you can do it

yes you can, but you need the device that tells you how many degrees up or down, west or east, north or south
