Once you see people's religion (which are obviously wrong like idolatry or Hinduism) are built-in from their way of life, it's hard not to question your own.

It's not a matter of ignorance. We know enough about the other religions to know they are lost. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and the only way to have a personal relationship with God. God's Word says so.

Absolutely, it does. You, yourself. just wrote that Hinduism is wrong. Proof of your own ignorance. Do you honestly believe that a man like Gandhi would not be welcomed by God on the other side? If a man like that is not there, than I don't want to go. What you should question, is does it make sense that a God who loves us and created us is also capable of condemning us to a place called hell. Of course He would not do that. Be very afraid of anyone who teaches hate and bigotry, those are "obviously wrong".

As a person who studies cults and other religions, I can say, "No." I am not ignorant of other religions. Actually, I miss the Mormons and Watchtower Society people coming to my door.

You do realize what religion is, don't you? Religion is man's search for god.

Christianity is not a religion. It's a relationship. It's God's search for man.

"Ignorance" is talking about another Religion (like Hinduism-the earliest Religion of the world) without knowing ABC of that Religion. It is "Arrogance" and therfore Irreligious. In Hinduism one has the FREDOM to see God in any idol form if he/she prefers(external-Bahisthitham)-that freedom is given to the Individual .One can see without any form or name also(Na Naamam-Na Roopam) but a a kind of Brilliance within oneself(Anthar-Prachodhyaat)- "Brahman" One pedestal higher than the concept of (G--O--D-=GOD)-no other Religion has this Advanced concept- is ONE and Only ONE, -which is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient,all-pervasive, all-imbibisive,Ultimate Reality("Ekaiva Brahmam Satyam- Param Naasthi-Vipra Bahudha Vadhanthi)-Somayaji

Most all religious beliefs are based on ancient, antiquated ideas! I believe in the idea that God exists, I also believe its not up to me to decide how God created! Its not up to me to decide how everyone should worship! The biggest problem is, no matter what religion you believe in, it seems that man has this moronic idea of Gods power! It is inconceivable to comprehend! If God chose 300 billion years to create this awe inspiring universe, who am I or anyone else to judge?

FOR ONE THING, YOU DO NOT BASE YOUR BELIEF IN GOD ON WHAT OTHER PEOPLE BELIEVE IN. EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN THOUGHTS & BELIEF'S! IF YOU DO OR DO NOT AGREE WITH THE WAY THAT THEY BELIEVE THAT SHOULD NOT CAUSE YOU TO QUESTION, OR THINK THAT WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN IS EITHER TRUE OR UNTRUE! IF A SUBJECT COMES UP ABOUT GOD, AND THEIR ARE DIFFERENT RELIGIONS THAT ARE THERE, AND SOME OF YOU MAY AGREE OR DISAGREE ON THE SUBJECT, THAT SHOULD NOT MAKE YOU BEGIN TO DOUBT YOUR BELIEF OR THINK THAT YOUR BELIEF IS THE RIGHT WAY!! THAT IS JUDGING! GOD IS THE HOLY FATHER OF EVERYONE THAT IS ON THIS EARTH! BELIEVING IN GOD IS WHAT TRULY MATTERS! RELIGIONS ARE MAN MADE, GOD IS THE CREATOR OF MAN, MAN DID NOT CREATE GOD!!!!!! FOLLOW YOUR HEART & SOUL! GOD IS GUIDING YOU NOT THE PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT RELIGIONS!!!!!!!
GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!

I think so. No one I know really talk to knows about Hinduism and such like that, so I'm not very educated about it and I can only make generalizations. (My teachers hardly know. They've never been to those kind of places.) So yes...

I think there are many people who are perfectly happy with their beliefs. If they are not, I'm sure most of them are capable of exploring other beliefs and deciding whether to stay with their own or change to another.
