He has threatened me 3 times to take the baby from me n go to Mexico. I've never left the baby alone w/him because of this. Should I tell the truth about him at my child support appointment? If I do get child support, will I have to let him keep the baby every other weekend? I really need the $ for daycare cuz I have 3 other children. But I'm terrified to leave the child alone w/him. My baby is more important to me than money. I know this is a confusing situation to describe.

getting child support and having him take the baby every other weekend is totally different...you don't need to give your baby to him unless you were married and got divorced and the judge ordered him to take the baby on the weekends..but thats not yourcase.. actually you do have to tell that he is illegal in the child support appointment.. in trouble for giving officials the wrong information.. he can get in trouble , he could even be deported oor sent to jail because that a serious crime to fake social security #...you can't get child support from him because of his ss#... im 17 years old.. and i get child suppoort from my father because the governement takes the money from his job check and they know his job and how much he gets by his s.s #... you may not get child support.. but talk to a social worker.. they would know what to do best in this situation

report him to the INS immediately, and have his *** deported
you will be so much better off without worrying about him, and your child you have will be better off in the future
guys like this one usually end up in a ditch, or totally disappearing all together, cuz they eventually screw up and mess with the wrong mans girl.. and he's just gonna keep having children with women then leaving them to go pursue another cuz he's a stupid horn dog loser!! If he wasn't, he would't be threatening you to take your child.
in the meantime... seek out whatever assistance that is available to you in your area to help you raise this many children on your own, and go to your local health departement or family planning clinic so that you can prevent this from happening in the future... I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE CATHOLIC OR NOT, OR WHATEVER RELIGIOUS BELIEFS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THAT... your children that you have already do not deserve to have more taken away from them because of things that were in your control... do what is right by all of them, and to hell with this man you were involved with.... get your life together and forget him! Report him at your appointment only because it will help keep you and your child out of danger. You won't get any child support from him though; he's not a citizen. The state will also not give you any child support. Good luck though.

Yes, you most definitely need to turn him in! It's so important that you do. Think about your child, and think about yourself. You don't deserve to live in fear. If you turn him in, he can't take your baby from you. I am sure you can get some kind of support. But nothing good will come of this unless you do turn him in. For the safety of your child, please tell the truth!

He is an illegal alien. He is not even suppose to have a job here in the Unitied States. You need to go to social services and see what you can do. I would fight for custody of those kids so he cannot take them out of the United States. Do it ASAP.

if he's threatening you, then he deserves to have you report his sorry butt to INS. tell the truth at your appointment. they will be able to tell you if he can help out or not, but at least if he was deported, you wouldn't have to worry about losing your baby anymore. men stealing babies back to their homeland is no joke. I knew a woman whose child was taken back to Egypt with her exhusband, and she was never able to get her back. your baby's safety should be the most important thing to you.
not to mention that he's already a law-breaking person just by being here like he is...

Turn him in!!!!! I'm sure part of you might feel bad doing it but for the safety of your child you should. And I would NOT ever leave the child with him. There are government programs available for women in your situation, and you should utilize them until you are able to get your life in order.

not to be mean or anything you shouldn't have had a baby with him anyway...there is to much birth control out there...you already have three other children...and you see you were having money problems before you had this last baby...but anyway you won't get money from him because he doesn't have a legal SS#...they can't trace him without a SS#...if I was you I would turn him in to your social worker...explain the situation to him/her...they will take it from there...you probably would get help from your welfare department...well that's another baby us tax payers will have to support...and no i would not leave the baby with him at all...if you do he might just take the baby from you...

In Canada, and in the U.S. I am sure that the law is very clear on this subject. The child is a natural citizen to the country in which he/she was born in....get a lawyer and make sure his *** stays in Mexico.
And absolutely keep the appointment!
reading the answer before me indicates the guy doesn`t know what he`s talking about! YOUR BABY IS A CITIZEN OF THE COUNTRY HE/SHE WAS BORN IN!!!!

just play by the rules pay the support and wait telll the allien meesses up but have an honest friend to see that he messes up, but all she has to do is know if there is any drugs in the house and i`m sure you can think of the rest, but you don`t do anything wong or let it bag you play it smart
