Cigarettes have saltpetre lines around then to stop them going out like roll ups. The tobacco is also chemically treated.
Both are bad for you, but the cigarettes are the worst.

All cigarettes are bad for you. You are killing yourself, you can't weigh up whether one is going to give you a teeny bit more death than the other. Pack it in. Imagine telling your mom/kid/husband you're going to die because you smoked yourself into an early grave.
