♥Okay, this is a question asked by my friend jim♥darwin. Disclaimer: he is an agnostic and I am a Christian. I consider him my friend and we respect each other's beliefs and have some pretty intersting discussions about them. So could you people please have respect for others and read the entire question? I read this and saw an answer from 'TheHappyGuy' which really pissed me off! If you're gonna call yourself by that name, then be it!♥jim: sorry I haven't been checking on your questions today; I'm not really in the mood to use my brain and then I read answers like that to your questions and....yeah♥

Unfortunately there are people who are never happy and I think he uses his name in a more sarcastic, ironic approach. Jim knows that there are those of use who respect him, like him and count him as a friend so things that someone like that says don't matter. Jim knows he is loved.

I'm not sure what your question is, but I did read the entire question. It seems to me that your friend is attempting to put a ficticious character on a level playing field with a true and real Deity (Jesus Christ). Therefore, the entire premise of his question is based on a falsehood, IMO. The reason he has done this, is based on his own belief, or lack of. I don't know how anyone could answer his question, because he is comparing apples with oranges. It simply cannot be done with any kind of clarity or reality. He is trying to compare human flesh with diety and make them the same. It doesn't work.

If you are a Christian and he is an agnositc, then, in a sense, you are in two different worlds. The new testament clearly states that the natural man (one who has not been born again) cannot discern the spiritual. It also clearly states that God has used the foolishness of this world to cofound the wise. To the natural man it is foolish to think that Jesus died on a cross to redeem us from the consequences of our sins with His blood. Your friend is looking at everything from an intellectual standpoint, and not from the standpoint of faith in God, or having a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ--which, of course he has every right to do since God gave us all a free will to believe what we want to believe and make choices for ourselves.

I say, 'All hail SEAN'. We mustn't disbeleive him, or ask for proof. Sean, great name for a god, God is just so...unimaginative...LOL.

So basically I totally follow where he is going with this and I totally agree. Besides, science and the bible disagree, and look at all the different religions out there. I had this theroy years ago that king James was displeased with the way his subjects didn't obey him, and so he concocted this tale of fire and brimstone for those who didn't want to act 'right'. Then he dictated what the right behavior would be by adding the comandments....etc. I dunno if that's what I think anymore, but the God I believe in doesn't think badly of you for questioning some of the things I was told and expected to believe as a christian. My god would be glad I was at least trying to use the brain he gave me.

I left the same answer on his...

I guess some people are just angry. Some people don't like to read, or try to understand. Some people don't want to think about it any deeper than what they read. And some people just miss the point entirely.
Sad...and sometimes funny...but what can ya do? I have to say, I don't always get the point either. But at least I try to put some thought into it.

Unfortunately, that dude is like many. They call themselves something to make themselves look good but then what comes out of their mouth goes against what they are suppose to be. IF you haven't guessed yet, I'm talking about a lot of Christians. They say they are Christians but don't actually live the way that the Bible teaches us to live. I'm sorry that this guy's answer wasn't removed. He was not a happy guy afterall.

That question is really thought provoking and all, except for jim is a perpetual smart a** and Jesus is from God. Making up a fictional guy like Sean to make Jesus sound contrived, is quite brilliant. Is that the answer you are looking for? And happyguy was quite rude. But jim has it coming with all of his "thought provoking" condescending of Jesus Christ.

The sad part about the question is the fact that NONE of his claims have any relevance as to moral values, NONE have any historical significance or basis, NONE have any real benefit to mankind and his vial attempts to make an absolute mockery of any and all forms or religion is very upsetting. Let him believe all the followings of Sean and see how far it really gets him in this life. Alas, to each his own.

I really don't give two f**ks. I would be happy if you died. I am not upset at your suggestion, however I do feel dumb after reading it. I think that maybe you jim♥darwin and George Bush (Junior) should get drunk together and videotape it. Air it on national television for the world to see. You would really be doing the world a great service, it would be so funny because watching stupid people get drunk is really funny.

Thanks HappyGuy saved me typing it all.

If jim whats is name can't stick up for himself he should not post Fcuking stupid questions should he.

I'm with Happyguy.

Okay, I read it. And I got from it that the HappyGuy is really happy! He gave a world-class answer, except for the "two f*cks" and I think he should get 10 points for it. Sean be praised!!!

I rather enjoyed his question . I like to see that opinions vary and if we all agreed and never had unique ways to ask and answer life would be boring.:)
