Banana Daiquiri
1 ounces Rum (White)
1 tablespoon Triple Sec
1 whole Banana
1 ounces Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
Blend with 1 cup of ice at a low speed for five seconds and then at a high speed until firm. Pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with a cherry.
Add a monkey for companionship and enjoy!

Ingredients for a Frozen Banana Daiquiri
1 (or 2) measure/s of light rum
Half a banana or banana liquor if no bananas
liquidised sugar or gomme syrup
1 measure of lime juice
dash of lemon juice
blend with crushed ice
Serve in large 12 oz wine glass.
Enjoy.

Could it be that you mean "Bananna Daiquiri"?
if so then, according to the bookAmerican Bar by Charles Schumann, the ingredients are as follows:
juice of a quarter of a lime
1/2 bananna (pureed)
dashes of bananna syrup
2 oz white rum
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a cocktail glass. (Can also be prepared in a blender with crushed ice.).
