It is the program that looks like a file tree,,, i just reformatted and i need to disable my factory video card, and activate my radeon card. I just forget what the hell the program is called.

Those two were helpful, but it isn't exactly what i was looking for. I am trying to disable one graphics card, and enable another.

-From the Taskbar, click on Start
-Click on Control Panel
-Double-click System
-Choose the Hardware tab, then click the Device Manager button
-Right click on the hardware and you will be able to enable/disable it. You can also update its driver, or simply uninstall it.

Just remember to be careful, some of the hardware on that list is essential to running your PC and should not be disabled.

Good luck!
