Human height, or stature, is the height of a human being. Adult height generally varies little between people compared to other anthropometric measures. Exceptional height (variation from the average of around 20%) is usually due to gigantism or dwarfism. Adult height for one sex in a particular ethnic group follows more or less a Gaussian distribution (bell curve) but with some individuals lying several standard deviations away from the mean. Average height for a man is 5ft 8in to 5ft 9in for most of the world.
Though in the Dinaric Alps the average height is 6ft 1in.

no such thing as average...cause whereever they took the survey it would be reflected for that region only.
I'm female and 5'-7" and modeling school considered me "average" height.
Your height comes from your relatives (heredity). If you need to be taller then just wear thicker heels, or choose a mate that's your size or shorter.

Worldwide--about 5'6" due to the fact that most Asians are of shorter stature than Europeans and Asia has a higher population.

5' 9". I'm 6' 7", Brothers 6' 4", Dad's 6' 2", Moms 6' 0". And we all drive small hondas hahaha.
