I like making french toast sandwiches. Take two slices of french bread, spread on some cream cheese and fruit jam, then make a sandwich. Soak it in an egg/milk mixture and then cover and bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes, until it's golden brown. Sprinkle with some confectioner's sugar and serve.

Breakfast pizza.....so good. and very versatile. You can put all kinds of things in it. It's also called eggs portugal.
Its a layer of soft white bread, topped with things like sausage, bacon, potatoes, and cheed, (but its up to the chef.) Then eggs and milk on top. You bake it, and you have a delicious tray of eggs for brunch.

I love eating this for brunch:
Scrambled Egg Burrito
It's simple, but tastes so good!
Make scrambled eggs and put it in a tortilla. Add hot sauce (tastes best with chipotle). And there you go!
