Are there any good ways to de-stress? I am now having panic attacks because of all that I'm going through. I know exersize helps, but is there anything else that you can think of?

It depends upon how much time you have (not to mention money). In addition to exercise, trying getting out into nature - talk a walk in the woods or a park, or take a book out to a park or maybe have a picnic. I find that being away from all the noise and people in the city helps me to relax.

For me, reading a good book is relaxing. You could also do something like soak in a bubble bath with candles and a book.

Yoga is relaxing as well, if you don't have a lot of time. I have a friend who swears Tai Chi is the greatest relaxation in teh world, but I've never tried it.

Find a park to walk in and connect with nature. Be sure to find one that is far away from the noises associated with suburbia and if possible one that has a stream, a river or a lake. The peace and tranquility will find it's way into your Psyche and you will begin to de-stress.

yeah, answering Q&A questions destresses.
Helping others, volunteering, music, plays, going for a drive or for a swim, playing games.
Since "panic attacks" are usually overwhelming and keeps a person in bed or keeps them from accomplishing things, I suggest you see your doctor for medication so you can control things in your personal life better.

Spending time alone in a resort/hotel or something. Treat yourself. What always works for me is a 1 hour (or more) massage. WORTH IT.
