Depends how much weight you've lost and how quickly. If there is lots of extra skin and flesh and it's very saggy, then probably surgery is the only answer.
Go see your doctor and ask advice.
Good luck and well done for losing the weight.

I don't think it's gonna work for loose skin like that. The sad fact is - if you lose a lot of weight there will be a lot of excess skin. There's no way to avoid it. Surgery may help. Or you can try this website:

Depends on age and speed of loss. If you've been overweight a while and you're now over 40, then sorry, but a tummy tuck is what you need. However if you're still quite young and you're losing weight correctly by exercise, not just by diet, then you stand a good chance of it recovering some what.

Sorry but surgery is the only option for large amounts of skin sag. Of course exercise will help on so many levels. Many plastic surgeons consider this body lift as a medical not cosmetic procedure so it is often covered by insurance.. best of luck

If you have lost the weight slowly and over a long extended time period then its very good chance that you will not need to go under the knife to take care of extra skin. Its when you drop weight too fast that your skin doesn't have to time to "bounce back". Using cocca butter lotions while losing weight will also help.

You lost weight too fast. This is the result of fad dieting. Don't worry about the surgery, you'll gain it all back and then some.

You'll get stretch marks - You would need a lotion that contains cocoa butter. Cocoa butter fades stretch marks by preventing the abnormal breakdown of your skin tissues.
