I have liked her from the start of this year and she knows it but i am tryin to date her and its just not workin any help??

CREATIVITY......think of things you can do to catch her attention and interest.....maybe a little note that tells her to look under her chair......and when she looks, she'll see something taped underneath it................thats just an example....but....creativity is soemthing that would DEFINATELY catch my attention and maybe even capture my heart................

Always be honest with her. Be straightfoward. tell her that you like her and would like to spend more time with her.Take her on nice dates, but dont do anything so extravagant that you wont be able to do again. Like go to free concerts, out for ice cream, skating, to the park and take pictures by the duck pond or something. FOr the most part, be yourself at all times. You want her to like you for you. just be yourself
don't push it to much, sometime we (girl) don't like to be push by men to have date with him
relax yourself when you meet her, don't make any silly move
tell her about your feelings
but remember don't be a bagger
just ask her to acompany you to have a coffe, but not a date date, just be friend and make her like your acompany
if it's doesn't work, well hon just find some other girl okay

- You have to learn a lot of her
- Analize the results (if she isn´t compatible with you, then you have to leave)
- think carefully what kind of things you can offer her (feelings, etc)
- make a strategy to get closer to her
- go ahead!

take her out & do things she likes to do. study her....find out what she likes & what she doesnt. find her flaws & tell her how much you like them.. for example say she snorts when she laughs.. tell her attractive she is when she does it.....
