Some say in 6 days , so why we need to study stack of books in school insted we can write - the God created it in six days ?

Because a God (any god) creation of the earth is a myth, not science. Sicence deals with reality and religion deals with myth.

I dont think they ask you who created the Earth. They probably ask you about the contents of the Earth.
