OK I am a Holy Rollin Bible thumpin Jesus Freak.

I answer the questions of Atheist, Anti Christians, Pagans, Wiccans, Unitarian Universalist, Mormons, Muslims Every Day.
In order to have any communication at all I need to understand that their beliefs may be the most base part of their being. I know mine are to me. So I communicate with that mindset. I don't think I've been disrespectful of anyone yet.

GOD bless ya!

I have a friend who is a Christian-although she swears up and down that being non-denominational means that she isn't xtian.

I never tell her that she is wrong or naive or delusional. I suppport her in her endeavor to live her life according to her values. I don't use her mistakes or failures as an opportunity to demonstrate that her religion is flawed.

She knows that I don't believe some of the things she does, but she doesn't try to save me. She does not judge me or discount my wisdom, just because it comes from a different perspective.

For me, it's giving them the freedom, and fighting for that freedom, to believe as they want. Of which, I expect the same respect. If I don't get it, then I no longer extend that courtesy.
