I do believe we have wise and creative human beings. Just because they (the bible writer) say they were inspired by God does not necessarily mean that the words really came from God. If I say this answer was inspired by God, does that make it so?

Also, most of it doesn't seem so wise to me. That is the main reason why I don't believe in it. I prefer "Conversations with God" instead because its "god" is much wiser than the biblical "god".

The Bible is inspired by God and written by human beings. Join a Bible study group and learn that Jesus Christ died for our sins. The more you read and study--the more God will help you understand it.

Most of the writtings are history stories. Many have been accurately confirmed. But when it comes to the books mysteries they are no different than our scify. MEN just MEN wrote thoes books. Today we might call them CEO, CFO or chairmen. And the books might be called Mission Statements.
Good books all the same. but so are the Boy Scouts.

LOL

The guys that wrote the Bible plagerized it by stealing stuff from God. I guess that's why they didn't put their names on it.

Except for Matthew, John, Luke, and Mark... but those guys forgot to put their last name, date, and class period.

It's hard for me to say. I think some parts are divinely inspired yet others are really questionable.
