This is a very deep question, and it requires a lot of understanding of the God, his word and his pacts through out different ages of the history of the world.
To make a long, and complex answer short. This doesn't apply in the Church era. This was part of the law -therefore it appears in Leviticus- and was a commandment for the Hebrew people. God's new people -the Church- are no longer under the yolk of the law, and we live by grace due to the forgiveness of our sins by Christ dying in the cross.

So no, clergy men's daughters that fornicate are not condemned to be burnt.

Look dude, the bible says a lot of crazy things. You cannot take everything literally or you will either lose your faith or become a fundamentalist . Don't focus on the negative aspects of the bible, focus on the positive loving message and you will find what you are looking for.

Evidently you haven't learned that there was a new covenant that frees us from the Old testament Law. Might want to read the New Testament.
